[Spaz]

long story shortened...

guy who towed car got greedy, wanted car for free, is in cahoots with a junk yard that just got sold, junk yard wanted to charge me 100 bucks a day and never tell me about it... during the time jackass dave said he was starting the car every week for me... i find this out, dont have the money to get the car back, dave doesn't give a shit... so this company is investigating their false claim, fraudulent georgia title that hasnt been officially processed and is "subject to the rights of previous owner." ( guy who nevered owned car, produces title by selling car to friend at junk yard saying title lost in mail )

Indiana says I own the car still. i'm handing over rights to the surety company for payment and they will pursue the car based on the 10k the guy insured the car for with a surety bond

so you ARE getting it back?!!

[Spaz]
