I think I pulled a muscle over the weekend. It was hurting on moday. Teusday not so much, but decided to do the work out beast showed me and everything was good. After I left the gym I wasnt feeling any pain at all. I slept well. But today when I stood up from the bed DAMN. The back pain came back with a vengance.
