I stop at around 130MPH. No need to go more than that.

My top speed is about what it traps in the 1/4 mile.

What gears are you running? What tires? What launch rpm?
Oh, I didn't say it'd do that in a quarter. I'm talking highway!!

I was saying that whatever my car traps in the 1/4 mile is my top speed. I am not a fan of high speed runs. Much more fun to hit 100MPH in 7 seconds to me.

Honestly I'm running 3:73's but they are in a 10 bolt unfortunately! I am looking forward to running you though, as well as everyone else. I may be the slowest of the bunch, but I'll enjoy every minute( second) of it!!

Where at are you at in third gear? Rpm's at top of 1/8 mile?

world of difference. i can just about pull 110mph in 3rd gear (3.42 gearing)...

with Luos running 4.10's he should be in 4th gear by/before 100mph...

Cool!! I've only run the 1/8 at Kennedale a few different occasions back in the day and loved the 1/4 much better and never turned back. I have a few different drag radials and slicks I have accumulated in the past. M/T 275/40 17 DR's which are the best to me so far. BFG dr's , M&H Racemasters 305/40/16 which hook and wrinkle well, and a new pair of 335/35/17 kumho dr's that are supposed to be the shiznit? I may break them in soon and try them on you!!
