iwould SERIOUSLY consider keeping abs... think about how much harder you would have slammed into the back of that car... you should shell out and keep at least that... aka buy a three carrier... and call rpm before you order and ask them how much the charge to install the three carrier with abs
if you really dont want abs then dont go for it... but curtis didnt get either and its alright for him cuz A. he doenst have a tendency to rear end people and B. he doesnt street drive his car nearrrrrr as much as you do

ABS is good You might also have to get a few suspension things to make the rear align up correctly. Lous would know about that. For you Beast I think the 9" is a better choice since the have plans for fairly high power. The right 12 bolt could work as well, but there is a chance you could get a bad one that will whine.

I did find a good nitrous kit for you though

Maybe abs still thinking about it. And the reason I hit that person was because I didn't slam my breaks, didn't wanna get hit from the rear

Beast, i would get a 9" and retain your ABS at the minimum. the ass of our cars can already get away from us with with ABS, but not having ABS, IMO is foolish...

To me that extra bit of safety is worth $100. Make sure next time you get hit in the rear, they always have to pay for damages then.

Then get the 9". It's the heaviest of the rearends but has the most versatility for easy gear swaps, plus it's the strongest.

Do they just swap in like a 12 bolt ?

I have also been curious about the S60 which should be a monster of a rear end, but I don't know anyone that actually has put one in.

dont influence him to get a rear without abs... when its time for me to get a rear end if i ever get one... its going to be a 9" with ABS for sure

9" inch is mostly a direct fit except for the torque arm i beleive... you have to replace the torque arm which im pretty sureyou hve to do with any rear end dont you? other than that the 9" is the only one withthe issues of keeping your abs and tcs

Agreed, luckily you can get ABS.. and you should get ABS for a daily driver. Though for myself I am still in rear end limbo don't know which one I want to get yet. Maybe I will just make a 408 first
