there are a few mistakes in those comparison charts of old and new.

the original KITT did have some items that it is listed as not having.

In-seat medical diagnosis- KITT was able to scan medical condition, it was done in a few episodes

24HR roadside assistance- KITT had the truck that was always available for repair

360 video surveillance- KITT always knew what was going on around him, so he had to have video surveillance

Personal Safety system- KITT was a personal safety system

keyless entry and ignition- Come on how could KITT drive himself if no keyless ignition and keyless entry... KITT would beat people up by swinging the doors!

Laser weapons- didn't KITT destroy CARR with a laser?
