Drifting on the Street = Crash *Pics*
This was a guy i used to work with, bigtime into drifting (actually is damn good at it too)
Usually he doesn't fuck around on the street, but once in a while he will drift on curvy roads... he went out one lunch hour and was going way too fast.
Here are the results:
P.O.S. 1986 Toyota Corolla $500.00
DVD Fast and The Furious Tokyo Drift $19.99
Cost of engine upgrades $5000.00
Street Lamp Pole $2500.00
Drifting in my lunch hour. Plain stupid not priceless.
notice all the blood on the door in the first pic... his teeth went through his lip
required alot of stitches
Here is a video of him in a drifting competition, this was the final challenge or whatever and he came in 2nd (the corolla not the 240)

i would say that car is officially fucked
Ive noticed that stationary objects, like poles, tress, etc, are always in just the right spots

why do people continually want to race on the street? Thats why they make tracks so you dont injure yourself or kill someone else. FUCKING STUPID!!!!!

Either that is a wide angle lense or the corner is far away...
Check the skid marks, they are a STRAIGHT line, this guy was not sideways until he hit the dirt. My guess, he nailed it but instead of sliding it just gripped that hot black top and went straight and fast like a real car is supposed to do.
btw, does that vw bug have a vinyl decal of the globe on it's hood or trunk, whatever the fuck is in the front. If so that is so lame he should have ran it into the poll afterwards.

The dumbass should have taken those Castrol stickers off his fenders as soon as he got out. I'm sure they made a great impression on the cop

42nd ave just down the hill from Frank Sissons Casino if you know where that is.
I'm pretty sure he has to pay for any damage to the pole
That is the shop bug, like a courtesy shuttle vehicle... the decals are advertisements for the business.
It is actually a fun little go-kart to rip around in.

btw, the "real story" is that he wasnt drifting but he was going about 120km/hr (70or so mph) and hit a dip in the road and one of his high quality ricer struts gave out and he lost control.
I dont know how much truth there is to that story, but I know he did like to drift on that particular road.
I wasn't there so I can't say for sure.
