E85/ torque converter
Anyone knows where to get a 3800 stall for a 06 impala ss and a e85 kit thx

That looks like a fun ride! Not a clue as to where to source something like that, but my thought is that you may be able to have the stock converter rebuilt to your specs. Not sure what you mean by "E85 kit" but presume you mean alcohol friendly fuel system components that will handle the increased fuel volume that will be necessary. GM made a ton of E85 compatible LS engines, including the one in our '07 Suburban, so you may be able to source the parts you need from a boneyard.
