What did you do with your Trans Am today?
It has a V6. Going to fix up for my daughter for her 16th b day. Or at least that's the plan.

Oh, right on.
There was an Air Force dude who I used to see on the freeway on my morning commute with a 97 V6 (sounded like he'd had a lot done to it). He always wanted to play, but I just never felt right about it. Most he ever got out of me was a thumbs up. It was a nice ride, to be honest.

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
Window motor replaced and fix kit installed, after much anger and cussing at whoever changed the motor previously... Holes drilled everywhere, but almost all in the wrong places. Holes drilled were garbage, frayed out fiberglass all over the place. One of the nuts was cross-threaded, we had to cut it off. To top it off, they decided "who needs these bolts" and let the window motor hang, so when you engage the switch, the whole motor moves up and down along the sprocket. So my buddy and I cleaned it all up, did this install correctly, and hopefully I won't have to do anything more on that door than replace the rear window guide that was broken, I'm sure in the process of the last half-assed install...
Next, probably the alternator.

I went to the local track on Friday and was killing it. Made 10 passes and won 10 times against other street cars.
1 Coyote, 1 4.6, a 5th Gen V6 with Turbo and a S10 with SBC and some mods. The Coyote must have been sleeping at the line cause I never saw him after 60ft all 3 runs. The S10 could cut a light like no other.Last edited by SMWS6TA; 05-21-2018 at 12:26 PM.

It's funny how they make it look so easy on those car shows isn't it.

Knock on wood, nothing has gone bad on our car since we bought it in 2008. Granted, all the suspension pieces and such were upgraded through the years, but everything else is still working.
