which size 17 or 18's?
i know i want the TTM's in anthracite and was wonder what are the pros and cons for 17 and 18" rims which is a better size, car is used as normal driver few drag races here and there but mostly spirited driver...also with these rims if i get 315's in the back how far will they stick out of the wheel well and will a 315 rub anywhere?
thanks

In my opinion 17's are the biggest I would put on my car.
17x9.5 front and 17x11 rear.
315's don't actually stick out from the body unless you look at them from the rear of the car.

18's will effect performance, but not too badly.
Not sure of the sizing of 18's, but I would think you can still find a 315 that will fit.

18's are heavier and the tires are considerably more expensive which it appears you have already figured out. I love my 18s, but from a cost standpoint, it makes much more sense to go with the 17s.

If your worried about 315s fitting in the rear go with a 10.5" wheel with around +44 offset and also a adj. panhard bar to center things up and roll the fender lips.
If you still have any problems after that you must be cursed!...LOL!

The ride with my 18's is fine. I think 18's look better, but would go 17's if your worried about cost or total performance.

I had 18's for awhile but went back to 17's. The ride was to rough with 18's and being lowered. I liked the look of the 18's and may consider them again.
