Vibrations
I got a 99 Camaro Z28 with a bad vibration on the front passenger side every time I touch the brakes; I know what everybody is gonna say, but its not the rotors. I have changed the rotors with pads about three times. I also changed the calipers with some remanufactured ones and new brake master cylinder this past week. Changed the rack & pinion cause it was making noise, hoping it would solve the vibration. All the A arms bushings, ball joints & tie rods have been replaced with Moog Problem Solver last November. The front hub bearing on the passenger side seemed not to spin as freely as the driver side so I replaced it today, but nothing, vibration is still there.
This vibration began about a year and a half ago once I switched from Powerslot slotted rotors to some cross drilled rotors with new pads. I switched back to the Powerslot rotors with the same pads I ran them with, but the vibration never went away. The tires & wheels are in good shape, the alignment is perfect. I don’t know what else to replace. I am about replace the spindle sometime this week, but I don’t know if that will fix the vibration. The vibration only comes out when I hit the brakes, be it at 30 mph or 70 mph. As I am driving the car it is smooth. It feels like there is something loose in the suspension, but I have checked all the A- arms bushings and ball joints with a pry bar.
Any help; any suggestion will be appreciated

had a similar problem and was going to take to dealer, thinking it was major, but i did all the small stuff first, soo i rotated tires , still had it , then i had them high speed balanced and it was 3.75 oz weight off. which made my face giggle while driving

I suggest getting your front rotors looked at.
thats a sign of the rotors being uneven on the face,
you may need to get them refaced at a machine shop
sorry i just noticed that yours are slotted and drilled, im not sure if they can be refaced or not.1999 Camaro SS/ Pewter/ #1775 - LS1 6-speed - Predator 3 Custom Tune - Pro 5.0 - LS7 Clutch - 3.90's - Koni's - Strano Springs and Sway Bars - SFC's - Full UMI Chassis and Suspension - LS6 Intake PnP TB - ARH LT's and Kitty Ran Away - Magnaflow.

I don't think its the rotors cause I have swapped out a few rotors and resurfaced a few rotors with new pads.

i would recheck the rotors for lateral runout, and road force balence the tires before you condem/ replace the hub/spindle assy
does it only happen when loading frt end with brakes...or does it do it on high speed left turns as well. the road force balence is the cheap place to start, after you inspect rotors and hub for runout or high spots from rust/crap...ya know

I own a tire & wheel shop, so the tires have been balanced and the wheels are not bent. The vibration only happens when I touch the brakes, low speed or high speed or turning.

I have no idea if this is even possible but maybe the ABS is messed up.

before you spend the $$ on a new hub assy, just swap them from 1 side to the other,,, grand total of 20 bolts total to remove frt tires/brakes and swap hubs ... take you less then an hour to rule out hubs, or find your problem
