Water sizzling on headers
Has anyone else had this happen???
Since I started using AC this summer, the condensation drips on my passenger header collector. I installed headers in March and this did not happen last summer...
When I stop the car, it sounds like someone's frying an egg under there. Is my AC water draining out in the correct place?

That is strange.
I have no issues like that.. The drain could be clogged a little and making it run down the bottom a bit instead of just dripping down.
Go under there with a piece of bailing wire or a hanger and poke around in the hole, probably will fix it.
Mine got completetly clogged once and it started leaking inside on the carpet..

I bet it's clogged up. Like someone else said, run a coat hanger up the drain. My wifes old GTP clogged up and it would dump it in the passenger floorboard. You may just get under there and watch it come out and see what's going on. Maybe the hose is mis-directed or something like that too.
