White smoke
Ok it isnt a ls motor but im looking ata truck and when you rev it up and let off the gas a puff of white smoke comes out of the exhaust. Im thinking that mean bad valve guide seals, right? Thanks in advance

typically white = water, blue=oil, and black = fuel.
Did you look at the antifreeze, any oil mixed in?

unless it's really cheap I'd pass on it. You know more than I do because you're seeing it in person but white puffs of smoke are rarely good. Look at the antifreeze and see if it looks like chocolate milk and if it's brand new coolant that would make me leary too. Look around the cap and see if there's signs of gunk around it. It may not even be a head gasket because I'm not there to see it in person but if I saw a white puff of smoke that's the first thing I would start looking at.
