Lean Codes After I Spray
I get the usual 1153 & 1155 codes after a few days and I think it is because I don't have the correct Long Tube header tune. However I get the Lean Bank 1 & 2 codes shortly after a 2nd & 3rd gear spray. Am I really running lean? Is this a dangerous situation? I have the tune setup for the 100 shot. Do I need a higher flowing fuel pump?
Thanks. -Tom.

It's a TNT Wet 100 shot. The fuel is derived from the fuel rail. There are 2 nozzles 39/22 on both. I know that sounds crazy but TNT swears that this is equal to their 100 HP shot. Thanks.

You need to monitor the fuel pressure and see if it nosing over. You can rig a guage up just to see whats going on...... We usually tap into the rail where you already tapped in at by adding a A/N "T" fitting and taping a guage to the cowl so you can watch it as your driving.
Thats what I would do if you don't have access to a software program to monitor the 02 sensors.
If the fuel pressure is steady then I would upsize the fuel jet one size. It is always much better to be a little on the fat side on the bottle anyways it gives you more of a safe zone.Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

The car's tune was pretty aggressive for the stock setup. I had the torque management delete and some timing. It ran like a champ. When they put the kit on, they removed some timing to accomodate the 100 shot. What can be done if the fuel pressure is nose-diving during the spray? Thanks. -Tom.

Yes get a Walbro 255 and change the fuel filter. Also check to plastic fuel line than comes out of the sending unit and connexts to the steel line.
