Rear END
I am thinking of purchasing a 9 inch rear end. Is this a good idea?

some say with automatic and mild power a 12 bolt will be fine.
with manuals they say go with the 9 inch.
the stock ten bolts kinda do break with mild power some even with stock.Pontiac Firebird's: 91 Formula 350, 01 Trans Am WS6, Suzuki's: 09 SX4 Crossover, GSX-R's: 06 600 & 07 1K.

Do you do alot of drag racing? Auto or manual? Like he said above, 12 bolt will do for an A4, nine inch for an M6 if you race it alot.

9 inch is bad ass. But the 12 bolt or 9 inch is about the same in strength. 9inch is just a little stronger in my opinion.
