Signal light covers
I was just wondering about the smoked signal light covers. I bought a pair of "GT Styling" ones for my 98 camaro from my local speed shop. They dident fit at all on my 98, however they fit on a 97. We ordered 2 pairs and both were incorrect.
Now i need some good looking covers, but what brand? For all you camaros with smoked signal light covers which company should i go with? I still want to be able to see the running light when there on.

Hey man
I'm new to the site.. I just bought my 01 camaro and the guy had smoked tail light covers (I assume u mean tails cause the headlights are different from 97.) Well if that's what u mean the have a little logo "GTO" on each one. There pretty good I think they look good.. If this is what ur talkin about I can try to get some pics up when I get out of werk.. If not well sorry I tried!!2001 Camaro SS M6 SLP LMII, Lid

I had the GT style ones and they dident fit. I posted to try and prevent it from happening again with a different company. I wanted some feedback from members with them that fit good.

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
I have no idea how I misunderstood your initial post, but I really fumbled that one
Try this:

RKsport has a pretty solid reputation, I wouldn't think those above would give you any problems.
I can't figure out why the first covers you got would fit a 97, but not a 98. The turnsignals are the same for 93-02 on Camaro's. Do you happen to have a picture of the first covers you got?Last edited by Y2KPewterSS; 05-26-2009 at 09:59 PM.

The light itself may be the same but the nose gives it a slightly different look. Its the same BS in the 3rd gens. I had headlight covers, they fit on any Z28 nose but not RS. They look the same to the eye but measured out there different.
Thanks for the site! This is actually the 2ed one i looked at. I want to see some reviews on the one i posted, they seem to have a very interesting install that could go either way.

Are you set on getting the smoked covers themself? The entire smoked turnsignal housings run about $55 range. If you wanna take a look at them, I know a link or two for them as well.
