What Heads for my 408?

Been slowing putting together a 408 build. Getting the stock 6.0L Iron block bored to 4.030 this week and then I am going to start on parts..

I live in OK and even though this isn't my DD, I do drive it daily since it gets better MPG's than my pickup. I am putting a 408 together to swap in it and want it streetable, like Mr. Luos's T/A . I want it streetable even if I don't drive it everyday.

My problem is, WHAT HEADS?? I am pretty sure on the TSP Giant cam though. And I want around 11:1 compression.

I want around 530-540RWHP and right around 500RWTQ.

My advantage is my Uncle and Grandpa run a Custom Engine shop here and they can get parts 25%-30% cheaper than I can off TSP or anything like that with all the Porting and Polishing capability with their shop's machines. Also I will get free labor on putting it all together the professional way. They do high-end build for old and new muscle cars and a BUNCH of the sprint car motors here that put out 500-600HP out of a SBC motor with 5.88 gears around a dirt track

So what heads? Here are some I have been looking at.. Remember I am wanting Around 11:1 compression, maybe more if I can get away with it??

Motor specs.

Bore: 4.030
Stroke: 4.000
Deck Height: ? Stock 02 2500HD 6.0L block
Head Gasket: Up in the air right now, .045 or .055 depending on CR
Pistons: Depends on heads/and CR

This is the last motor they did for my last DD, 98 Grand Prix GTP motor (bought it with a spun bearing)

With a .045 gasket, and the stock CC chambers these come with I got 11:1 CR

The trickflows are definatly nice I saw this motor being dynoed and it is nasty
