CAI sucked up plastic bag
My car felt kinda sluggish for a while now, and I didnt exactly know the cause.
I reved up the engine from under the hood, and noticed the lid flexed and sucked down like it wasnt getting any air flow.
I took the lid off then removed the filter, when I noticed a complete foodlion plastic bag was underneath the filter. The bag had blocked off all airflow and was the same length of the filter. Since the SLP CAI seals the airbox, the engine was completly sufficated. lol
I drove it today and it felt like my car gained about 30 or 40 hp.Does this sound reasonable?

I've found a bag up against the radiator that was trying to enter the intake. Mostly dead bee's and cigarette butts.. It's amazing what that air damn will push up to your intake.

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
I don't run an air filter in my car anymore. During race season, it sees 30-40 miles a week. Drive to track, race, drive home. Mid to high 10's depending on traction.
