There is a question in my mind .. There Block and heads for the Sierra 2500 HD (heavy duty) , I can replace it in my camaro engine ?

Yes you can but make sure and use the camaro accessories.

It's a bigger bore but if you use the block and heads and make sure you have the correct intake the physical outer dimensions should be the same. You will still have to use the F-body accessories. I see 6.0 going in camaros all the time.

So are you wanting to put something with more HP in the truck or Camaro and what year model is the Camaro?

i want to put sierra 2500 hd engine in my camaro

cause it can give me more hp and its Cheaper than ls1 engine

Therefore, i want to make sure if i can put it in my camaro body or not ?

(my camaro is z28 ls1 99' )

Just wanted to clarify, yes you can with the LS1 or LS6 intake and accessories. Physical dimensions are the same.

STS Turbo, Magnacharger, Procharger or whatever you like within reasonable boost levels to the stock motor.

your saying an 8.1L will fit into a f-body without any modification to the engine compartment? that big block has to be alot bigger than an ls1 small block. i wouldn't think it would fit.

No, an 8.1 will not fit without modifications I was refering to the 6.0. I thought I read 6.0 in one of the threads not 8.1. The 8.1 is externally bigger so my mistake.
