Hard brake pedal when wet/rain out side?

I have a 200 Z28, and when it is raining out side, it seems like the brake pedal is harder to press down. still seems to stop ok. Just wondering if this is a problem

Not a problem just a glaze that gets on the rotors. I wouldnt worry about it just keep it in mind when braking in rain.

Are your brake pads completely solid or is there a vertical dividing line cut in the center of the pad material? I've found the pads with that division do far better in the rain.

I'd never heard of an improvement in the rain before but it makes sense. I've grooved pads my self with a cut-off tool-either a straight line or getting creative with an angled or X line(s). Try a little sandpaper on the rotors to break up a glaze if they are still relatively flat. Otherwise have them turned if they are excessively grooved, to give them a new surface.
