top balooning up at high speed
hey guys, i was making fun of a chick with a camaro vert that the top sorta baloons out from all the air that somehow gets under there at high speeds.... then my buddy told me mine does the same, and this is simply WRONG!
What is the cause, and what is the fix. Anyone with similar problem?

I don't recall ever seeing a vert of any kind going down the road that the top didn't bubble. But I might not know what the hell I'm talking about.

I have a 98 z and my top stays down at speed. I just replaced my top myself and there are flaps of fabric that should be stapled down to the cross bars on your top.sounds to me like the fabric has riped off or your staples came out. You can unscrew your top from the front and peal it back to see if thats what happend.

hi,
I saw your reply about replacing your top.... what did you do? How much did it cost? How long did it take?
Will "peeling it back" affect the staples or can i access the staples in order to refasten them?
thanks for all the help!
