    Lq4 4L80e Ls swap starts and then die right away

    Hi first time member. Having trouble starting my LS for the first time. I've tried everything I can think of. Seems to be fuel problem. It will start for 1-2 seconds and then die. If I spray carb cleaner into intake it will run for 5-8 seconds. My fuel pressure when I turn the key on reads 60 psi. When i try to start it, fuel pressure drops to 40 psi and continues to drop. Changed regulator and same issue. Is it fuel pump, fuel lines, or injector? Fuel pump is Holley snipper, corvett style regulator/filter, injector are brand new FAST 36lbs. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    is it an unlocked ecm or still stock? VATS could be killing it.
