    rust

    just would like to know if anyone has had a rusting problem on both sides,its where the water runs and drains when you open the hatch but up near the beginning of the track just odd that it happened on both sides

    How severe is the rust? If you don't have any holes, get that rust sanded down, primered and resprayed soon.

    No issues here -- but our car has only rarely seen any weather. Paint may have been thin in that area.

    You could get some POR-15 "paint over rust that kills rust and doesn't allow it to spread and then finish it off with color matching paint to match the rest of the car. I don't have really any rust on my TA.
