kinked fuel line while changing fuel filter

i kinked the plastic line just before the filter when i was trying to reconnect it... anything to worry about? it didn't split the line but i can feel a depression in the line.... i think the pressure would bring it back out but i thought i would ask just for kicks to see what you guys think?

Dumbass. J/K. Anyway, working with these lines since they came out on cars, they are a bit forgiving. You should be alright, this time. Next time you change it, be real careful! As long as you didn't keep working it back and forth, kinking it over and over, should be alright but check it with the engine running to be sure. It *MAY* develop a pinhole, so if you start to smell gas 8 months from now, and notice hard starting, you'll know where to look.

    Fixed.

Sorry Krese, I meant that in a funny way, not trying to be a smart-alec! It's something I'd call myself if I did something like that. Anyway, should be ok.

if it does end up leaking just get some fuel line metal tubing and a flare kit and replace it.
