Considering the bullshit the cops have to go through I dont blame him. Something tells me if they would have acted like reasonable adults and talked to him, he would say dont do it again and go on your way.
Society today is out of control with blaming everyone but the guilty party. They both should be arrested and charged with jaywalking, assult of an officer, resisting arrest, obstuction of justice. But what will happen: he will get suspended, loss of pay, make a public apology, Jesse jackson will explain about the evil Police department, they will sue for 10.5 million dollars, city will settle out of court with tax dollars from you and me for 8 million.
