Didnt do a lick of time at all. I walked in on them red handed and he took off running. He ran through some private woods(Thats were he fucked up) and it happened there. I caught him, and tripped him. I got up first and that was it. I had been MMA training for about 9 months at that point.(Trained for almost 3 years off and on) The owners of the property didnt want to persue because they didnt see it. For all they knew he could have been making the story up. If I remember correctly it was around $40k in hopsital bills. I actually talked to his Dad on the phone and he said he was actually trying to get her to dismiss the case. He said that it served him right for doing this for the majority of the time we were dating and had warned him that they would get caught one day. That conversation was actually the first time I discovered that information. I figured they had done it more than once but not the majority of the time. Not sure why they did it, she should have just broken up with me. Dumb bitch. HAHA. I had also found out that they had been pulling it off because apparently they lived a few hundred yards through the woods in a subdivision. That was were he was running too I assume. I received a notice stating that the case had been thrown out about 3 years after. If I would have beat him in her house that would have been my ass. The charges were battery and attempted manslaughter. Ill never do it again.....def wasnt worth it. Even thought it made me feel better. Bet he wont do that to anyone again though.
