The ST is a decent little car, but fairly maxed from the factory. A tune yields a good gain under the curve, but very little up top. The RS hasnt exactly lit up the road tests. For the price of that car, there are better options out there IMO.

What would you buy over the focus that is 4 door, awd in that price range?
When I said better, for me that doesnt necessarily necessitate AWD, but that's just me. You can find Chevy SS' with the current 20% off for about the same price (sub 40k). To me that would be a better car, and it's probably faster without the AWD in any respect. You're also in that price range with a scatpack charger or challenger.
In that sense I agree but cars like the focus rs, sti, golf r, Mazda speed 6 aren't made for track times only. The ss and charger are good choices too.
Working on it getting in and out wasn't a natural motion didn't feel Ike the seating was comfortable. Some of that was with my right leg due to reduced range of motion in my ankle though

Looked like a Sunday cruise almost
I've only once or twice been inside a sports car that wasn't a Bird. I might not even fit into a Viper. But that would be my fantasy choice. Edit: nice to see it's the people's choice, that once again my taste is good taste :D

might go check this out for the heck of it tommorow..........
Let us know what you think. Didn't think they were getting that low in price. I wonder how they hold up reliability wise when they get older?
I've got a scat pack challenger right now as a rental. Even a 6 speed manual. This car is pretty awesome. Traction?? Lol. 485 hp and sounds badass though. I keep giggling like a little kid driving this thing. :D
They rent manuals? That pretty cool. What company had it to rent?
That is a VERRRYYY nice ride.
Just remember that with that type of vehicle, if even a blinker bulb goes out you're probably looking at $100 a pop.
Cars like that usually have an upkeep cost that is commensurate with their initial purchase price, not their used value.
Edit: Checked out of curiosity and found This One with only 20k miles for only a little more $$$.
A $200k+ car that loses that much value begs the question why.
But man, that thing is gorgeous and looks every bit the part of a $200k automobile.
So, did you drive the one that was near you?
I did that is one sexy MOFO and man that torque of the twin turbo W12 is amazing.....................car is on a another level......they won't bend of the price one bit however.....and repair are not cheap.........it's $1200 to replace a window motor............i would need to see service records before i proceed any further
Did you get a car yet?
