Not too far, out near Indiana PA, and my 2nd home is here in New Kensington/Arnold PA, about 15 min from the Burgh..

Got a few acres near state 380/366 that was given to me by my father when he died. The total of that is 11 or so acres, with a homestead thats been in my family for generations. My uncle (dads brother) still lives in the house they grew up in on about 7 of that.

I was out in your direction a couple times this year. Went to Beford for the 4th and then up by Johnstown at the end of August drinking beer with some buddies.
