The best way to check the blinker fluid is to use a sky hook to hang your inspection light just over the left side of the fender. Make sure the canibler pin isnt sticking also. They make a rattle sound when they are sticking. If you use your magnetic extention bar, you can activate it into the open position, then check for sticking. A lil WD40 will fix it right up.
