^^^:yup: Get one of the newer ones with the detachable grills though...it gets old scrubbing those fuckers all the time. Pop'em off and throw'em in the dishwasher..
The secret is to pull the meat off of the 'Goerge Forskin grill' take it to the sink and use a dish brush right away before it hardens.
I turn it upside down over the diveder between sinks and let it drip dry.

Just got back into the whole working out and eating some what right. I maxed out 4 weeks ago before my vacation and did 305 4 times....
Hopefully be back up in the high 300's soon.
My bench has always been my strongest point. Never really had big arms.
We used to do push ups ALL day as juveniles. I was incarcerated ALOT in my younger years. Most facilities did not offer us weights so we would do endless "triangle" and "finger tip" push ups.
I lost my Foreman grill :think:
I noticed I got tired of grilled chicken, turkey burgers and such. I constantly am looking for new recipes. If you guys have any good lean protein meals post them up :)
