I take a ton of supplements- Multi vitamin made for athletes (basically double the daily values), Omega Complex (fish, borage and flax oils), CLA, Green Tea extract, and cranberry extract. I also take a metabolism booster called propelene which makes me more hyper then normal. Lots of veggies, fruits, lean proteins, and lean dairy. Breakfast was a yogurt smoothie and coffee, snack is fruit, lunch is chicken noodle soup, next snack is baked potato chips, at the gym I'll have a protein shake, then dinner is spaghetti with marinara :)
I don't have crabs :nono:
Spaz was giving them out last week :p
If I was going to give crabs I'd go outside, get a net and go crabbing in the river and send out live crabs with big claws to pinch you all :p
