My best friend was running 11.7s on his 10 bolt with 3:73s, 4000 stall, cam etc. Did so for 2-3 years.
He added a BMR torque arm, next time out to the track, his 10 bolt blew and took his built 4l60E out with it.
Awright, you are already scaring me, I have just installed 3.73 gears and UMI torque arm with relocater. Have always had a 3200 tci Streetfighter. Best run so far was mid 11's with 170 60' time sprayn 125. Want to know how much more it can take. I was hoping for a real low 11 with the factory rear end since I have changed gears and added mac mid tube with ory since last time out.
12.5 at 115MPH.

12.04 @ 104 (missed 4th, but 1.7 60') or 12.xx @ 117 (bad 60', but good mph) on stock 10 bolt, stock TA, and M6 on 150 HP shot. Launched @ 2400RPM.
My rear is definitely up for replacement early next year. Could have possibly been this summer but after spinning a rod bearing, that repair comes first.

Auto's will last a bit longer than M6's

eagle how did u spin a rod bearing?
Tuning on this past Monday. Missed 1-2 shift spun the motor to 6300RPM and it began knocking. :shrug:
