3 mechanics later... and still front end noise after lowering???

Hey all. I posted a suspension thread about a month ago after lowering my 02 ws6 with the hotchkis spring set. I mentioned that now when I hit a jarring bump there's a rattle/light clanging noise on both side of the front suspension. I've had 3 shops look over everything and nothing can be found. The last guy said he couldn't even hear anything. It has 10,000 miles on it and my last guess is maybe it is the shocks. Could the shaft inside the shock be rattling after only an inch drop? Another member on here has an 02 with stock shocks and the hotchkis set up and reports no noises. So I guess my question is, shocks making the racket?

Check the bushing from the sway bar mine did a weird noise when got a bump.

maybe they did not tighten the top nuts for the shocks enough.

That was the problem for my passenger front shock on my 98' Firebird when I got revalved Bilsteins and a Prokit put on.
