Im going to be lowering my car soon after i get my TTIIs that are 17x9.5 and 17x11.
What all is necessary for lowering other than the springs and new shocks??
Ive heard panhard bar? LCAs?? control arms?
Which of these do i need?
the car is a daily driver and im lowering mostly for looks along with the new wheels so nothing extreme...

Adjustable panhard, relocation brackets for the lower control arms and lower control arms as well.

I would also like to know what all i would need. Its just for looks, and I have the pro-kit and was told that i needed...
1. Rear lower control arm relocation brackets
2. Front camber plates?
What else would i need and can someone tell me where to get them at?

Everything I listed was for the rear. Any of the site sponsors will have LCA's. BMR, Spohn, UMI all make real good LCA's.Quote:

Well nothing is absolutely needed. HOwever whenever lowering your car it throws off your rear geometry a little bit. To correct that you install an adj panhard rod. We've known many to go tens of thouands of miles without adding an ADJ PHR. At worse case your rear tires may wear unevenly.
Whenever we sold our springs we recommend the PHR. The LCAs and brackets are to help put your power to the ground and reduce wheel hop. They are not necessarily a requirement for lowering your car. But are good mods to have.
One of the most popular lowering packages we put together was springs and adj PHR combo. For those that wanted extra traction, the LCAs and brackets were the combo to get.

I really reccomend Lower Control arms and relocation brackets too-i'm hopping like a bunny just from stop sign to stop sign on nearly stock power.

Our cars don't need/have camber plates... you can adjust camber/caster/toe on the cars.
There is more important things that relocation arms too... shocks is the most important one.

Hey, I have 18" c6 rims and it now sits pretty high. I have the pro-kit and i want to put them on this week. I dont have a lot of money to spend right now and it is just for looks. Do you think i can put them on a get an alignment done and be fine?

How low do you plan on going? I ask because a 17x11 will be very tight even with the adj PHR which will be a must in your application. I have a finger width's clearance on each side from the back of the tire to the inner wheel well and that is after tapping it back some ( I have 17x11 ZR1's). When I was lowered the car did not like taking inclines at an angle as the tires would rub on the inside on the wheel going up and hitting bumps at high speeds (interstate expansion joints) made the outside of the pass tire hit the outer fender lip. I had intrax 1.5's and was quite low (tops of tires were even with the wheel wells) and grew tired of the nuances quite early.
