I'm looking to flush and refill my brake fluid and coolant. It's been 12 years - I think it's time.
How much of each should I buy to get things back up to normal level after the flush??
Thanks!!!

2 Gallons Dexcool Antifreeze
2 Gallons of Distilled Water
If your flush the system, let the car warm up to open the t-stat, next carefully open the peacock and drain. Have a hose and let the water flush it all out, may take a few mins. Once your happy with the flush, close of the peacock and ad 50/50 coolant and water. Warm car up and add more if necessary.
Break fluid - Mity vac is the beast thing you could get to do fluid changes. How much you need can vary. I would have 2-3 bottles on hand. You can always return the unopen ones.
At 12 years old, I would be replacing the hoses and thermostat. Be sure to pull the block drains to get all the old coolant and trash out.
Here you go on coolant flush
