I've had problem after problem with my car (2000 SS camaro) and now it's the catalytic converters that I'm having a problem with. Any advice would be great

I believe you can contact your local GM dealer for a warranty replacement. Otherwise, go with aftermarket cats. You're getting a check engine light?
Is the car stock?
I don't believe the cats are still under warranty after 13 years. Aftermarket is the way to go. SLP has high flo cats made for your ride.
Cats are no longer under warranty. Not even with the extended time they gave. I ran out of time literally just weeks after the extended warranty expired for my car. That was a while ago.
Can you pass the visual in your state with aftermarket cats?
In California you would not be able to.
SteveC :)
You can get them tuned out of the computer for less than any replacement. They will not show up on a code check.

If you have to have the sniffer test done, then you will need cats.
