anyone have a preferance on which underdrive pully to get?
This is a quote from Hi-po's sticky...not sure if it helps you or not.
Under Drive Pulley's -
ATI -
SLP - $179.00
ASP - $214.00 - Crank
ASP - $24.00 - Alternator
PowerBond - $200.00
BBK - $229.00
SLP, Powerbond, and ATI are all good underdrive pulleys with higher walls to aid in belt alignment. They will all show the same average horsepower gains. They don't so much add any HP, rather they reduce HP loss by spinning the accessories slower. Generally people don't have charging issues. If your having problems throwing belts, the Katech solid belt tensioner is great. My belt began to 'walk' off and after installing the Katech tensioner, I never had a problem again. Its a great piece that looks sharp.
Katech Solid Belt Tensioner - $135.00
Consider reading this webpage. Its very basic, but is a good way to remind you of the smaller things. http://books.google.com/books?id=AbJ...angles&f=false
My vote goes towards SLP or Powerbond. I have a Powerbond
25% UDP that I plan to install in the next couple of months.
The reason I picked it is because of the high belt retainer walls.
I've heard that ATI makes a quality product, but I have no experience.
ASP is a little lighter, but it's belt retaining wall aren't as high.
You should be fine with whatever brand you chose. Just stay
away from March. There UDP has an odd bolt pattern & you
can't use a normal tool to remove it.
i think the slp is made by powerbond but im not for sure on that. i have the slp on my car and have no issues with it. it looks cool to

ATI is hands down the best pulley out there but is in the $400 range. There is a reason it is on virtually all pure track cars I have ever seen. It has the ability to dampen the widest frequency range of torsional crankshaft vibration. It is also the lightest available and is rebuildable.
In the last year or so they came out with a 25% UD. Before that 10% was the only UD offered
I've had ASP for 7 years, tons of track slips never a problem. 5 stars from me.
You forgot Fluidampr, I would rate it high on that list. :woot2:
