whats the easiest way to replace a turn signal bulb in a 93-97 camaro? I know the 98 and newer cars are easy as hell,but the older cars don't have a gap behind the headlights to fit your hand in there. i was thinking maybe removing the fender wall. what do you guys do?thanks!
First you have to elevate the car so that you can safely get under the front of it. Right in front of the right front tire you will notice several 10mm bolts holding up the plastic under panning. Remove those bolts, then drop down the plastic under panning and this will expose the back of the right front turn signal. Just reach up and twist out the bulb receptical to remove it and replace the old bulb with a 3157NALL bulb. It only takes about 10 minutes once you get the front of the car safely elevated enough to get under it.

Ive done it on both my LS1 and a buddies 97 LT1 car and they have the same "trap door" just take the two 10mm bolts out and you should be able to reach right up there.Quote:

yeah, theres a little triangle shaped piece, i think it has some louvers on it, taking the fender well out will work too.
