    Not in the slightest bit. They are a non-power seat. You will need to fab something up to get them to mount to the stock rails or get a mount that will work but I still had to modify and fab up something to get it to sit right for me. Ive got a 01 Trans Am with 180k....Not having any problems just wanna prolong the life of the tranny....I looked at the fluid color and its a little discolored but not bad???? Also heard don't touch the fluid unless having problems?? but also heard about every 15-30k????
