Strano springs Vs. BMR springs???
I have a similar question about strano springs and BMR??? That gap is important to me, I want my car to have a good stance, but I'm more concerned about corning and stabilizing the rear end, i hate how i can feel the back of my car float in the seat of my pants at speeds (feel that a panhard bar will solve this problem better). I'm leaning more toward the Strano springs, but I'm also considering BMR springs. I'm not opposed to having a slightly stiffer ride. Any suggestions?

The floaty feeling you have is more of a shock issue.
I'm with Eugenio SS on this, Strano's with a quality Shock (Koni's) will make such a difference you'll wonder why you waited so long to make the swap.Craig

Cost is a very big consideration, still being in school and all. through out my time on this sight I've heard a lot of good things about strano parts. I'm not opposed to spending more on parts as long as i know they will do exactly what i want them to do. As far as the BMR springs, i think i need to know a little more about them, i do like the fact that the are progressively wound, but my goal is to have my trans am handle better, having a slightly harsher ride does not bother me all that much. Im also hearing a lot of good things about Koni shocks, I used Bilstein shocks, but they don't have as many choices as Koni. dont think i have much of a choice besides them.

Wanna fix the float. My car is so much better and I have stock shock's and springs for another couple weeks at least. I got the package deal on UMI double ADJ panhard and LCA's from WS6 store on sale and no more float and much better cornering. Can't wait to get it done. I'm getting Strano's with KYB AGX's. I like that the Strano isn't too low like the Eibach. But that's next month the 3.73's are next week.

I really like my bmr's. I believe Strano are a 1.25" drop whereas BMR are a 1".

White- 2001 Z28
BMR had their springs on sale because they were blowing out the old to make room for the new. Of course they didn't tell anyone that, and up until they debuted their copy, er... I mean their "new" springs the old ones were, according to BMR, the best.
