    throttle body shape/bolt pattern

I am putting a Gen III engine into a 56 ford pickup. the LM7 engine we picked up saturday is drive by wire, but we want to go drive by cable. I know I have to change the throttle body (and change the harness, and reprogram the PCM). later I want to go to an LS1 intake.. can I bolt up an LS1 TB to the LM7 truck intake? the butterfly size is the same (75mm).. so I'm guessing the bolt pattern will be the same..

then later I can move it to the Ls1 intake when I make that swap. (get it running first)

G'day and welcome. Sounds like a great project. Throw up some pics in the Classic Muscle section (we love pics here)!

As for the throttlebody, it will bolt up.
