The best are stainless steel such as Kooks or QTP for around $900.
Most popular are the coated Pacesetter's for around $550, including y-pipe.

Ive got the QTP LT Headers w/o emmissions and couldnt be any happier. Just depends on what type of set up you want. Are you planning on running F/I?
MS4 Camshaft, Doulble Valvespring, Chrom Moly Hardened Push Rods, QTP LT Headers, 3" Custom Strait Pipes w/ Single Chamber Flowmasters Dumped,

Most people gow with pacestters cause their the best for the money. You might also want to look at the stainless ebay headers, that are actually supposed to be pretty good, and they wont rust or anything.

Dynatechs are also stainless, good ground clearance, installs ealily, includes stainless catted ypipe, O2 ext, gaskets, and bolts. The only thing you need is the anti-seize. I can't express how EASY these were to install. No cutting the block or the K-member, no lifting the motor, no removing the oil filter, just remove the plugs. Just my .02

Kooks for the win. I have them and love them. A little trick to make your life easier when installing them. use studs for the front and back bolts and it makes it so much easier trying to get the gasket on there and setting everything else up. Too many friends spend a bunch of time trying to get the back bolt to line up.
