Parking Light a Closed unit or Bulb on a 00' TA
One of my parking lights is out and the other is dim with the headlight knob turned in the off position. When I click it to Parking light only position the one that was not working comes on dim and the other is twice as bright as it was before when the headlight knob was turned off. So my question is: Is the Parking light a two way bulb or is it a closed unit ?

Not sure what you mean by closed unit and two way, but it sounds like you have a grounding issue. There is a separate ground for each side that is located on top of the radiator support, I'd check to make sure they are clean and tight.

Is it jus a bulb that has to be changed or is it the whole fixture. I just noticed it tonight and didnt want to dive into it in the dark just was curious. But I will check out the grounds. The 2 way I asked about I should of been more clear is there a dim and bright in the parking light ?

They are replaceable bulbs and only one stage (on or off)
