Cam specs in sig
Any 228 cam will be exactly what you're looking for. GREAT midrange power and excellent lope but very streetable, and since it's so widely used, easily tuneable.

227/235 .616 .627 112+2 LSL lobes...spec'd by Pat G
I have been considering the same one for a while with a slightly milled set of heads, but I've been wondering if I have clearance and how much of a valve spring muncher it might be.

Running PRC LS6 Stg 2.5 heads milled to 60cc, with 2.02/1.60 valves (instead of 1.575), and .057 MLS gaskets. Spec'd lift was supposed to be .613 .621 but Geoff @ EPS did a final inspection and my posted lift were the true specs.

The car I'm going to look at this weekend has a torquer 2(232/234 595/598). He says it drives about like stock and should be in the 390 range with an M6 and a good tune.
