I use eagle one wadding cloth to get the major grime off and then depending on the wheel finish I use a car polish, aluminum polish, or chrome polish.

You could check out the detailing section here. After you blasted the wheels, did you re-clear them?

polishing aluminum is a project and for wheels x4, many steps, start with coarse sand paper and work your way finer until it is shiny, then polish with High speed.

Polish wheels
I wet sanded the wheels yesterday, just waiting on my polish kit. Also what a difference it is from sand blasting to soda blasting, the soda took a little longer to strip but was very smooth.I had to sneak a 50lb bag of soda blast an what i did was switch out the sand, but what a dust storm when opening the door to the sand blaster with the soda in it.

I always thought soda blasting was the chemical and some sorta of fluid combined at high pressure to make it work.

Soda blasting
Soda blasting is actually baking soda. What it does is strip an leave minimal pits an is alot smoother than your standard sand used for blasting purposes. Was actually looking into opening a business at one time.Soda blasting is safe to wash down drains etc... but my question is the chemical your blasting safe to go down drains?I know cities are starting to use soda instead of sand to remove graffiti.I didn`t wanna deal with the B.S from the E.P.A an other agencies.
