1999 Trans Am only 40K miles!
OK well i have had the car for a few months now and i miss driving stick more than anything. The car is a chameleon orangeand looks great. There are some very minor things wrong with it but nothing that couldnt make it a DD. I think the old posi is going out so i bought a new one with only 1000 miles on it, just havent put it in yet. The car was also hit 2 days after i got it. A guy backed right into me and the rear bumper is cracked, but i have a new one in my garage waiting to be painted and put on. I was going to put new brake pads cus i started to hear some squeeking. The paint isnt perfect. It has some scratches but it still looks great even up close. It has about 7 year old window tint and needs some new stuff put on. IMO, the hood needs to be realigned its just a little off and can look better(10min fix). And i plan on fixing everything stated above by April when the car comes out of storage, its just been too cold to work on it.
The good. The car was just tuned and the engine runs perfect. The trans was just resealed and the converter was made into a 1piece hub. You should really never ever have a single problem with this trans, its rated to 600+hp and the converter is damn near indestructable. It only has 40K on it! and this wont change much at all except for maybe 50 miles from now till April because i do start it and take it around the block when the roads are clear of salt. It was a NC car and has never seen snow and dont plan on letting even know what snow is. TTops dont leak. Mods are listed below. Pics will be up tonight. Im asking 10.5 for it. The things wrong with it are so minor. If its not sold by April then ill be asking 11.5 because ill have everything fixed by then. Its really a great car and hauls some major ass. Its a mid 12sec car that drives like stock.99 TA-T56 swapped, Lid, TB Bypass, LS6 Intake, !EGR, !AIR, Custom Cam, Mids, O/R-Y, 3:73s, Cutout, Flowmaster.

I have a bunch more pictures if anyone would like to see more and i can also take any that you want. Its not a WS6 either. Thats an aftermarket hood(thats why it needs realigning). The ugly side skirts are coming off also once the new bumper goes on, if i still have it.
I would acually love to just trade the car for another 6spd ls1. It doesnt matter if its stock or what. Id like it to have under 70k. With the money i get from selling this im just going to go out and buy another Fbod but manual.
