Clutch job
Half way thru the clutch job and I am dead in the water because MONSTER forgot to provide the pressure plate/ flywheel pins. GM pins are too small. So now its a waiting game. Pilot bearing and throwout bearing were shot. Up on 4 ramps and there was enough room. Dropping exhaust manitory on ramps. Made seal tool out of PVC pipe, perfect fit.

So do you need the flywheel/pressure plate pins. Monster is telling me no, like why did they drill the flywheel, sell the pins and...GM factory clutches haven them?

Not sure on the pins because I've never used Monster clutches.
I'll bring this up to the other Tech guys and see if they can put some input into this for you.
Yeah your slave was done for. Most likely that was what was leaking.
