I think its cool and fun to do and always thought it was pretty cool whenever I watched a movie as a kid and saw cars sliding through corners....but a sport?... I barely consider the NBA a sport anymore
That guy in the camaro def. has some skills

Drifting is the Shit!!!!!! The camaro and mustang do very well at it, Drifting takes balls and very good driving skills, I have been practicing for a few years now and im getting the powersliding, clutch kick, and some S curve drifts well now, But the Japs still will kick our ass in that sport, Those guys can drive!!!!!!

That team Falken used to have a 240SX with a V8 in it that was pretty bad ass. idk if they still got it tho.
its funny I see more and more import drifters using the LS1/2/7 on shows like Nopi tuner vision, and on ESPN 2

wow man, i would have to say that asians cant drive or fly airplanes haha kamikaze lol jk.
bro every year the domestics kill the japs at this "sport" that supposedly they invented as well which is wrong, they didnt even have the horsepower to do this until the last 10 years, my friend "drifting" has been around in the back hills of usa for a long time. you just may have never seen it, anybody watch those sprint cars??? what do you think those guys were doing in their personal cars off the track down all those dusty roads,
i remember the first year drifting made it big and came to so cal, the only domestic was a gto and it smoked all those japs so bad lol it was greeeeaaaat

tecnicly under their definition of Drifting... what people used to do in the states, was PowerSlide... not a complete drift... which is kinda stupid though...cause it's pretty much the same damn thing... anyways... they started drifting in super lightweight 80's cars... with some moderate power... and they just used Inertia to help them throw turns and such... not power...
anywho... Samuel Hubinet or whatever... was the guy who kicked ass in the GTO...he's Australian or something like that...
the only actual American to kick ass was Vaungh Gittin...in the Falken Mustang TT...
