Bought a Daily Driver
I actually have a friend going to pick the car up tomorrow from Temple, TX but I have already talked to the owner and he says if I want it then its mine for 1500$ and that he will hold it til my friend can pick it up. My buddy already test drove it and checked the entire car out for me and he says it runs really well and the only things wrong with it are cosmetic. I am going to be returning from deployment in about a month or month and a half and don't wanna pay to have my car shipped back to texas so this was the best option I found

Hey at least it doesn't have a three foot wing and a huge Neuspeed sticker down the entire side of it.
Of course. I am a black sheep here now... so don't let anyone know I said anything...
Lift it back up and no-one will call you a ricer. More like a fuel conscious driver.

actually.. didnt think anyone would remember my wanting to get a van but I can explain.
the van in Ohio fell through due to shipping reasons. Vans in FL are very reasonable priced but then I would still have to pay to ship to texas and would tack 1000$ onto the price just to drive it for 3 months. Vans in Texas are hard to come by and out of my price range.
So i decided to look for cheap beater. I looked into cavaliers and sunfires and grand ams etc..
I found this honda that need some TLC but ran great. FL is a state filled with rice lovers. I buy civic for 1500$ make it ALOT better looking for another couple hundred and a little work and drive the piss out of it in texas. Drive it back to FL and put up for sale for 3500 and take no less than 3000$ for it. Put money towards van in FL.

oh and im not concerned with people calling me a ricer.. I still have my T/A to show them how much of a ricer I am
actually I was telling my buddy (the one who looked at it for me) that now we can go to the ricer meets and I can be the bait to lure the ricers out to race his mach 1 lol

I forget what kind of springs are on the car but my buddy asked that question and it actually has a lowering kit on it. if it sucks I can find cheap ass springs on ebay allllll day long. fuck this car has header kits on ebay for 30 bucks. I think if I need to change something out I can cover the cost lol
