Nitrous cam ?

I have a stock bottom end 5.3 with a single plane mid rise carb intake topped off with a fitech 600 power added I’m wanting to spray 150 shot out the hole is there a need to change to a nitrous cam and if so what do y’all recommend it will be a trailered track truck

Once you get above 100 shot you're going to need some more supporting mods and tuning otherwise your heading to a broke engine. Stock internals can handle a 100 shot after that it's a matter of time.
