I'm not liking it. Being a fan of the VE model Holden and more so the HSV models, this one looks to be rushed by people who have little idea. A quick flip through the HSV catalogue would have given them heaps of better ideas in body styling..

anyone seen the 03 Trans AM? why not just bring it back and give it the Firehawk option. I'm sure this has been brought up in the past, but i just recently saw a picture of the 03 Trans Am in the Dec 08 issue of Car Craft. They were letting people drive this bad ass car at the summer nats. I can't find any pics online of this car, anyone have any?

Thanks RedVertTA, IMO I think it's a good looking car that could have been an good SLP or other option, It still doesn't look as mean and agressive as the 02 WS6. But that thing had a 427 pushing out 455hp. Who here wouldn't want this to be the next Firehawk?

I will admit...The Pontiac G8 used to be just another car to me...but I did fall in love with the G8 GXP.

liquid red- 2008 Pontiac G8 GT
I liked the GXP but couldnt justify the 14k difference between the GT-GXP. I have half of that difference in mine but more tq and power at my wheels than they have at motor. Alot more. But I will say other than brakes and badges which are merely cosmetic to me, I would like the LS3 6.2 instead of my L??. I know its an L76 but the parts list on it is just plain weird.

I want so much to test drive one. There seems to be only 4 G8's in my town, all are GT's.
I want the GXP, because I know as soon as I buy a GT...I'm going to wish I had the GXP.
I didn't start to like them until I saw one in person...at that instance, my whole thought processing changed about them. I wanted one right then...enough to trade in the bird as a down payment.
the GXP is about $40k...the GT is only about $26k? that is a huge price difference.
